Help with mixvibes Cross Pack

Hi peeps.

I have a slight problem.i have recently moved house and bought a laptop.the problem i have is i cant find my setup disk and activation key, so i cant install on my new computar.dieing to get it all setup again but got this hold up.can u help.

I am crossing fingers that sending an invoice might help as j-kut said, but this is the official mixvibes statement on lost serials:

- Usually it is on the back of your CD sleeve
- If you have bought the software online it might be in a mail send to you by the shop

oooooo.i have a problem never registered the software and dont have the original or any invoice.so basically im mullered.

The invoice would have been your last chance but if you do not have this one unfortunately all options for recovering your serial are unusable.

so basically i am knackered am i.thats crap if so as i have the original box it came in with the serials on the back sure that can be of some use !!!!

You should of registered your serials on the Forum, as quoted on the Forum Rules:
PLEASE.READ.FORUM.RULES.SUPPORT.UPDATE

* Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
* Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers
* Use the search tool to look into topics
* Check the FAQs to be sure your problem hasn't been solved already
