so... there is no technical support for this product just a bunch of user being nice trying to help... in the mean time my son's discover DJ lights up like a rainbow and the controls do not respond unless the software is use by the mouse or keyboard.

Unfortunately this means that the software works fine but the controller has issues. Mixvibes - neither we users nor the team - can do something for you. Please contact your vendor or the company that build the controller.

That's right, No registration= No support!

I have the same problem... All the lights are on.

I also have problems with updating Discover DJ from 1.2.9.
Why can`t I download? I have just registered and at the bottom of the page stands "You have left 0 B traffic this month. Remaining overall Traffic for this month: 9995.23 GiB
There are overall 283 downloads with a size of 2.97 GiB / 100 GiB including 1 external Downloads. "

If I have to wait a whole month before I can update (and perhaps USE the Ion Discover DJ that I bought)...Im returning it and buying another brand...

I was really looking forward to try this...

And another thing: I have learned that you could use ASIO4ALL if you have a internal sound card and a USB for mixing. Is there anything like this program for Mac?

I have registered...

The ION works with Virtual DJ, but only for 10 mins because I have a free version. But when I start Cross Discovery DJ all the lights go on.

Isnt this a update?

Now I have registered my serial on the forum and downloaded the update, still it does not seem to work... I have tried rebooting and changing usb ports.
