i bought the U-Mix Control Pro yesterday and the only, but big problem i have, is that my portable PC doesn't detect the ASIO U-Mix Control Pro sound card
I have the last driver ond the last update of WINDOWS VISTA
the drivers are correctly detected by windows
I tried with different USB connection and an xtra electric alimentation
nothing to do
can you help me ?

Hey Steve, he hasn't got a U46 but a U-Mix Control Pro

However, I got no solution!

Have you used other MIDI devices before that?

no it was the first MIDI device

Usually, this kind of issue is either due to a device conflict (try unplugging your mouse, your webcam, or any other device) or a corrupted windows registry (try CCleaner to clean it up).

I had the same problem.

My solution- select the Asio 4all version2 as your sound card instead of selecting the U-Mix Control Pro Sound Card. It solved my problem.
