Hi guys, my Easy Rec License key is not working when I attempt to register the program. I noticed that the first series of digits/numbers is 7 symbols long and all the rest are 5. I am assuming this is the problem because even my DVS LE license has 5 symbols for all the symbol series. What can I do?

welcome to mixvibes and easy rec, first off try to regerster on the fourm, and the next effort should be to pm support vibes with the infomatiom and at the first oppunity he should be able to help you get it sorted there have been problens noted with the server with regerstering software, so have alittle patience and it will get sorted, remember it is a weekend and a holiday in the states ( not shure if the celerbrate it also in france) welcome again

Well guys, I'm still not registered. When I double click the application it opens to "Enter Registration Key". I then enter the registration key that I put in my signature and click ok. I then get the message Invalid Reg key and then the program quits. Any other ideas?

Any chance to grab an update from the download center? I am not sure in how far the DVS 7 LE versions are updatable (if you are allowed to) but it is worth a try!
