MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

ok guys, this is a weird problem although i have searched these forums for hours now and have not found a valid solution. When I plug in the ion discover DJ turntable it looks like the drivers download like normal, it says it download successfully, but then all the lights on the thing light up. When I click into mixxvibes it does recognize it because it tells me when it is not connected. But, none of the controls work..what do i need to do to fix this? Also, it seems to work fine on my wife's computer but I dont want to use it on hers! any help please guys thanks!

Usb drivers conflict into Windows. If you have a webcam, try to uninstall it.

I tried that but no luck

Ion support would be of more help about this issue : work on a computer but not this other.
It is related to the OS components but I can't tell which one.

what kind of support is this guy? I have the same problem if I dont get help I'm returning this tomorrow

About your issue:
- First, if you want some support, please respect the rules !
So please register your software !
- Second, Ion is not MixVibes, MixVIbes is not Ion. You bought a Ion product bundled with a MixVibes piece of software. Ion is in charge of support for anything not directly related to software. Please contact them !
