wave display is bucking & jerking

I'm struggling a bit with the beatmatching wave display of Cross since it is not running smoothly. To me it looks like the frame rate is constantly around 15 fps.

This could not be related to weak hardware/onboard-gfx-card (see signature). And since the respective wave display of DVS Ultimate (Mixer window?) and all other DJ apps (even Torq ;) ;) ;) ) are scrolling very smooth, I think it's related to Cross' graphic engine.
Even switching to tick scrolling (then the beat matcher window is the only thing that moves on the screen  ) helps me out.

BTW, this is not an issue of 1.40. I had this behaviour with all versions, and I see this on all machines I try out (please see again signature).

Would be nice if this could be improved in further versions.
Thank you in advance.

Hey Baron.
Im running Cross on a 1.4 celeron m with 1 gig of memory, with a crappy Intel onboard graphics,so its not your PC's hardware! The graphics are very slightly choppy on moving wave form, and i also use hybrid vinyl mode-which uses heaps more resources.
but it works...!!!
must be something else bugging up your system
Cheers
