ok, so hears the deal...

when i try use the fa 101 with Cross 1.3.2 and config the channels to run with the setup, i must have a third output selected... why?

not only that, i must select the third output first, then the first output.. and finally the second output. if i dont do it in that order then only player B works though output 1.

little update for ya...

after i use Cross, my Producer doesn't work right... seem to get a really high latency. i need to reinstall the driver again for it to work properly.

BUT

after i use Cross again it does and a reinstall is needed to get Producer working again..

doesn't seem to be a problem with the driver, a can go between other softwares fine, and even run them at the same time... its only when i try and use Cross with the driver that it all falls down and starts to cry.

May be Cross and these drivers don't want to make friend...
Can you try with asio4all to see if it act the same please ?

Ok, ill get right on it and see what does down in the ghetto...

windows 7 no problem (no crash) with my fa101 but there is still a problem with the inputs / outputs

Some extra info, it works fine on fa66 swapping between DVS7 and Cross. No channel selection problems (i know u got more ins and outs, but just sorta to prove the standard Roland driver works fine...)

I have a little bug with Cross 1.3.2 and my FA-101 too.

Here you can see how I had to configure Cross to work well with my soundcard.



Nothing very important because everything work so well but I just want to report it.
I have already checked my hardware connection and everything is ok.
Moreover, everything is well configured on my MV Producer. Line IN 3 & 4 of my Player 1 go to Line OUT 3 & 4 on first audio OUT in FA-101 setup, etc.

I encounter some bugs with my FA-101 too. It needs to be restarted sometimes to work. Next time,I will try to start it after my Windows...
I am not sure that is it cause to Cross. Perhaps my laptop need to be formated, a little bit emptied...
