Yes if running is Serato mode and not other MIDI mode everything works the same except no led ring in serato mode. event the jogs work the same in both modes

So the mapping would work in "Serato Mode" as well?

Yes it will still work but the LED ring on the jog wheel will not light up in Serato mode
