cr3.0.0 Cross video on minimize

Hello Guys,

I'm using Cross 3.1.0 unfortunately it's crashing in the middle of my session, having an error (Cross is not responding, Check online for solution or close Program ) I didn't face this issue with Cross RC it was fully functional, please advise if there is anything I can do to resolve this, as it would cause me embarrassment if it crashes while doing a gig ??

Best you can do is try to duplicate so the team might be able to fix it; if it is a Cross problem. Also try creating new topics for new issues. This one will be archived as it is a Cross 3.0.0 topic.

The general best preparation is to use tracks live that you did run already. Optimize your PC for DJ use and do not run other programs/services.

And like any software program you know that is going to crash someday somehow. Try to be prepared. Just like you would never perform using 1 CD player...
If you have a smartdevice the Cross DJ app is a great backup for a few €€.

Hi Chriskazzi,
I do not see a file. Only a attchment 'block'.

Unless very clear error files are usually handled by someone of the development team, not by moderators.
