I'm having this same issue but there the Prefs->MIDI section does not offer me a way to duplicate the keyboard mapping

thinking the software bundel is the ion discover DJ ,, bundeled with Cross DJ le ,, this le version is restricted to what ion required at the time of its controller insepiction,, in order to improve or alter the mapping this will require a up grade in software ,,
what functions are you trying to alter ,,by chance have you thought about keyboard short cuts to supplement the controls you wish to modify by changing the mapping ,
