Sorry for my French... I give it a fair chance that if I write in English it's easier for you to understand then when I try to write in my best French. If I'm right you use asio 2.10. This is a pretty old version. Please upgrade to 2.13 http://asio4all.com/If a new soundcard is added in Windows and it's not listed at the end of the windows list, some programs(processes) use the card that is at the same position in the list. So if you have 2 cards, one is added as new nr 2 then the old 2 is now 3. You cannot control this, only fix it by reselecting the sound card for these processes. And it also would be good to use the Cross 32bit version only until it works properly. This excludes any 64bit driver issues. Once it works you can check the use of Cross 64bit. (64bit has hardly any benefits for use with audio).

Thanks for your help. I upgraded to the last version of Asio, I can now select the good soundcard but it is still used by another process. You're right, the soundcard of the controler takes the second place in the list of souncards. The problem is that I have no idea of the process which uses it. Here is the list of all active processes when I start my computer. I tried to stop several of them but it didn't fix the problem. Don you have an idea of the problem ?

I stopped a lot of processes but the souncard is still used ... I tried to change the USB port but it didn't change anything.
Do you think that Cortana can be the source of the problem ? I can't stop it, even with tutorials ... And I am really suspicious about it.

Stopping processes is not likely the way to go. Cause next time they will be there again. Changing USB port indeed doesn't look like much, but it causes a partial reinstall at the driver layer (your U-Mix Control Pro is class compliant, so the driver comes from the device.) If you have a U-Mix Control Pro and NOT a UMCP2 you can try upgrading your firmware. Not sure if this will help. You can find it here: U-Mix Control Pro firmware 4.3IF YOU HAVE a version 2 DON't USE it.
