Unfortunately I can't Still manage to get some seperate sound in the headphones and speaker.
Actually it seems that the main is going to my headphones and the cue to the speakers...

The knob Mix is turned to the top, so appx 50/50 Cue/Main.

If you want Cue only you have to turn to the left.

switch input 3/4 to where input 1/2 is ,,in manual 3/4 is the master

the solution was both of your last coments (and your previous obviously). Change 3-4 to 1-2 and check knobs cue/mix/main. So simple !!! but when you are looking for complicate you must look for simplicity... that is the lesson I learnt tonight
