It does give me the impression that something wrong happened in the management of the MIDI mappings.
I quickly tried copying some. It didn't happen to me..

2 questions left in case some more data becomes available.. Did you rename the mapping with a special character or such in the name; and which of the 2 mc3000 mappings did you copy.

I used the one which is called 3.1 Video and renamed it to Denon Controller as far as I remember.

I've forwarded the Apple appstore bill to you two days ago. How long will it usually take, to receive an answer?

Tried to register, but it didn't work at all. At mixvibes they didn't even know anything about registering appstore downloads. Wrote several mails, but received nothing yet.
