I'm gonna join in on this one... I've had that too. It says it's been analyzed, but you get no waveform shown. Well sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. The OP's problem is very similar to one that I had (bearing in mind I had three machines, one Mac and two PC, that each had their own problems with trying to get Cross to work). Sometimes videos will show, sometimes they won't. We can't ALL have machines that are at fault, there must be something software related that causes this.
