how do i pre cue with wego2 on PC

im hoping to be able to play and pre cue music via the wego2
I have tried a few of the setting but non seem to do the job.
I have a slit cable also, and tried directing sound out via laptop but still hear both channel from each split..

I would like to be able to play and cue the music through controller.

at the bottom of the posting page is a tab that says upload attachments ,, when useing the chose the attachment and place in line for viewing ,, will look at the dropbox pic and see what i see

in the first pic of the gui ,, the mix/master knob ,,top,right ,middle knob should be counter clock wise to have the monitor in headphones ,,turning clockwise puts the master in the headphones ,,

in the second pic, the settings look good ,, are you useing the output from the controllers sc ,, not the computers ,
will re read you posting to get a clearer pic as to what your issues are ,

In the first picture it seems like the cue/mix setting in the graphic user interface is nearly full to the mix (master) output. Try adjusting it fully to cue only.

Finally ! All working as it should. After playing about with the mix and cue controls and a new headphone cable!... its all working.
