Hi Rojec,

If I turn the Mix knob to the left I wont hear any output, even if the cue is on any channel.

Do you have the Cue knob fader open.
If this isn't it please also provide a capture of the Cross screen so we can see what your controls are set to.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
