Hey Guys
Now I'm stucking around with another problem...
Or, no... It's the same problem... :x
As I wanted to start Cross now, it's not working...
Started Cross, plugged the soundcard, configured it and now I got just one input and just one output to select...
I rebootet my Mac, tryed my way again and still the same.
Nothing to select... And the OS settings are still the same like with a working soundcard..
I really need to find a way to fix this!
I'll try again and tell you later about my experience.

Just replugged the Card 2 times and than... Boom, works...
