Did you check via Control Panel | Programs if you have all Cross versions removed?
The way it is distributed should make it impossible to happen. All Cross programs have their own setup and should be installed in seperate folders, not even per version number.

Could you check if you have multiple Cross instances in the mixvibes program subfolders.

Could you check this and see if you can start from clicking Cross in the 3.2.0 folder?

I deleted all the old versions, and have removed/downloaded latest 3.2.0 several times.

I have checked my cdj/djm 350 set up and it works fine with cd and usb.

I have to say again that I have not had a single issue with Cross, having bought it in December, until downloading latest version 3.2.0 Even the video has worked fine since the excellent upgrade a while back !!!!

I don't suppose the moderators have long list of things that would cause the message i'm getting, coz it may be an issue with my lap top?

I'm not one to give up but after trying everything I am no further along with this !!! Tried everything possible and still no joy !!

Does everybodys 3.2.0 say "crossdj-free - Cross 3.2.0" on the header bar ????

The free version is called free. The normal doesn't work without a license being applied. If you uninstalled you should have been asked to apply.


Please uninstall once more. Check program files folder to be empty for mixvibes. Same for user profile /roaming /appdata.

Then install the version called Cross 320.

Tried that, no good...

I've tried it all, with dex connected, and just stand-alone on laptop, deleted everything, reloaded, switched off-and-on-again....

I've deleted audacity and wavelab, disabled audio related stuff on start up, my realtek driver is OK.....

The focus has to to get the proper Cross version running at the laptop. Forget about any other next step. Just get it to run with your laptop audio. Cross doesn't interfere with other programs during install. Just make sure no audio programs are running as you likely did before.

Please double check the name of the install. Could you give vthe name of exe back.

unc getting complicated when you add /upload attachments and having to place them in line to get them to veiw ,, wasnt this way
