What's happening is that the software is finding what it thinks is the first downbeat of the song, and placing the grid on top of that. The first line you see isn't always going to be the first downbeat, cause of melodic intros and other stuff at the beginning of the track. So, in the picture you posted, somewhere down the line from the cue point you're on, there will be a thicker bar that is the downbeat. I find that for stuff like AC DC, classical, and cocktail music, it will start near the beginning, but most likely not at the beginning of sound. I just jump back a beat or two to the beginning, and drop the hotcue there.

If they are all, or mostly, wedding songs (rock, folk, alternative, ect.), then you might be stuck with them the way they are. Reanalyzing all of them won't fix them, and I'd imagine that it would be the same on any other software. DJ software usually tries to set a 4/4 grid, not a music start grid.
50k songs at 3 mins a piece, you have at least 150k hours of music, likely more. So it literally makes no sense in even trying to grid all those songs accurately. Even if you could grid the start of a track at 1 per second, that's 50k seconds, or 14 hours of gridding.
I would suggest just mapping out a few buttons to skip to the beginning of the track easily, and just hit a locator and play when a song get requested. I have about 9k songs that I will rarely if ever use, and I'm not worried about gridding them when it only takes a few seconds during a gig to grid the start locator.
