2.4.0 Cross DJ - Facing Same Problem as 2.3.1

I will re-phrase :
-if you switch to vinyl mode with your mouse onto the interface of the software, does the jog can now scratch when you touch it ?
(instead of switching mode from the controler)

I understand mate..... Like i said ,i have tried both ways separately... from GUI & Controller... both ways!!!! Still doesnt work.

Its the mapping given by Mixvibes with Cross+Video i use. By the way... the Vfx CONTROLLER automatically selects the mapping Vfx/Cross+VIDEO latest version 2.4.0.

Just check your mapping given to us. I feel something is wrong or the GUI on screen is not reading your mapping. Either 1 is the problem.

The controller seems to be fine cause the DECK A is working properly. it is just the DECK B which is having the issue of not being able to scratch.

Also the latest update of Cross 2.4.0 is very unstable. It crashes quite often during performance. Not reliable as the 2.2.0 update!!

Can you imagine a specific part of the controller being broken?

in your case the right jog.
One pot or button can break without the entire controller breaking down....

Do u think i should re install & try again???? Or my next solution is to buy the Vestax VCI 380, which i also like. Does Mixvibes have the updated mapping for this controller????? Also pls tell me how to alter the original mapping given from Mixvibes????? There is a lock symbol on the mapping!

Easiest solution. From the manual you can understand that you can't modify a MIDI preset but you can make a copy of it and modify the copy.
