Serious Problem with Promo Only HD videos...

It is possible that I did not notice these problems because I have immediately turned off option (save changes to tag) after my first installation of Cross and video plugin .

Only thing i don't understand that if i remux Promo Only file myself, add metadata, then there will be no problem at all...

Promo Only and Ultimix have both all tags... but yes, they are MP4..
question is, is it possible reverse the proccess somehow...

Please could you send/share us a file (not corrupted) but that has the problem?

Finally we prefer to deactivate completely the mp4 tag writing feature in Cross 2.4.0 version. We will fix the issue in the next version.

I have just purchased a MixvibesU-Mix Control Pro 2 and the video plug in at a total cost of over £250 GBP and I am having serious problems with a number of the latest MP4 Promo Only Video tracks. The music content plays OK but there is no video present. I have tried uploading 2.4.0 and this states that the Video Plug in requires updating but I cannot locate any available updates. At this rate I will have to consider returning the whole package as, as it stands, it is wholly NOT ACCEPTABLE!

you have not registered the serial plugin video.
Register and you will have access to download the video plugin

No one can imagine that's the problem is with the promo only way of coding their mp4... But it's a fact as part of the info needed is missing in their files.
A strange codec doesn't help anyone... Users or developpers...
