I have the same problem, with the same unit, but it´s the right Jog wheel.
I have all the factory setings, and I didn´t update none of the firmware, soft, etc.
It´s just stop to function, just like that. (only the pitch is function).
what´s happened? How I can solve this problem?
Should I take the UmisControlPro to the factory guarantee?
Pls help me. I realy need my (beauty) UmixControl.

i actually am having teh same problem with my right jog wheel...did you ever get a response to this?

i also tried updating the firmware but the source a and source b lights keep flashing after the update....

please help...this is frustrating!

fellas i just figured it out!

check your sensitivity level on the back of your unit, that fixed mine!
