As far as I can tell the crashing issue remains. Version 2.0.1 is still the current version, right, so nothing has been corrected in terms of the coding. And I can tell you that Cross crashed twice during my show this morning, so clearly the issue is still there.
The last message sent before today indicated that you may have found an issue with the aggregiate device and we're looking into it. I've heard nothing further, so I am still waiting for a fix.
Please let me know what I can do to help you with the resolution.
Thanks!

Yes, we need to release a version if you want to have the fixes.

Gentlemen,
Since you have developed a new version of Cross 2 that fixes the unexpected crashing issue that is present in version 2.0.1, then it is incumbent upon you to either release it now or send an interim version to those of us who have been victims of the crashes. After all, this is not a new feature request that can be released whenever. We are experiencing a total failure of your software that occurs at unexpected times.
For example, today during my live show Cross 2.0.1 crashed right in the middle of a song. I had to explain to 13,375 listeners (this was the actual listeners count at the time) why the song had suddenly died. Some of these listeners are other DJs who might be inclined to purchase your products.
I am very much a supporter and a fan of Mixvibes and Cross--and in that vein I am strongly suggesting that you immediately release version 2.0.2 or whatever interim version corrects this issue.
Thank you very much for your consideration and understanding.
Jeff

Chris,
Many thanks for backing me up on the need for the Mixvibes folks to release a fix for the Cross 2.0.1 crashes.
Cross unexpectedly crashing on my live Internet show with over 12,000 listeners is more than embarrassing--it simply unacceptable. So is Mixvibes reluctance to release a fix many weeks after I had reported the bug and they had acknowledged it as an issue.
Sadly, they are now close to losing me as a customer. Not to flame anyone--but as much as I love using Cross, I am ready to dump their software for other, more stable, software from competing vendors.
Best,
Jeff

In addition to what Jim said I would like to tell you: If you think you can work better with Serato or Traktor feel free to do so. No one in here will blame you for it and being honest you do not put any pressure on the team with that threat. Some people before you said so, it changed anything and they are still using Cross.
