Does anybody have the [Mac] Cross DJ 2.6.0 DMG download?

After working faultlessly for a good couple of years for some reason my [Mac] Cross DJ 2.6.0 version has decided to play up... The crossfader for deck A (Denon MC3000) is live all the time no matter the position. Crossfader with Deck B works fine oddly. Nothing in the settings looks like it's changed, I haven't altered anything.

Just been to look in the download archives and V2.6.0 downloads as a 1kb file

I stupidly deleted it only recently from my Mac too... I have V3.3.11 installed alongside and the fader works as it should on both decks but i cannot stand the Wave colour options so I want to try reinstalling V2.6.0

Can anybody help?

looked in Cross and Cross DJ ,, dont see any version 2.6 ,,saw 2.5 ,, not shure if thats what you are looking for

by your posting it might be a Cross fader issue ie the Cross fader in put for that side is un ticked ,, the letters on side the Cross fader tick on /off to allow Cross fader action to apply/not apply to the deck ,,

As always Daniel you've come to the resuce lol!

I've been trawling through the mapping trying to find the problem, absolutely no idea how or why (didn't even know it did it!) but either side of the fader on Cross you can indeed select the yellow/red channel to be on or off. God knows how it's happened but that has fixed that problem so thank you!!

V2.6.0 does show on page 1 in the archives for me, but no actual download sadly. Never mind.

Now i just need to find out why on the latest version i'm occasionally getting silence on a loaded track when it's playing!? But weirdly if i go back to it and load it on the opposite deck it plays fine?

Is that a known bug?

not saying its possible ,,but will inquire about the 2.6 version being blank ,, also look for it too see if its blank for me also
as far as the 3.1 version ,,haven't seen or heard of similar issues ,,maybe more of a explanation,,

hate to point this out but if you played the 2.6 collection in 3.1 ,,you might have issues with using it in 2.6 again ,, when find the info /tut posting will out up a link ,, ..

2.6 Seems fine again now but i will test run it at home for a few hours to make sure all is ok. I knew it would be a simple fix but for the life of me i couldn't find it quickly last night as it happened at a gig.

That may be the reason 3.1 is playing games, I haven't had the need to use it until now. It was only more of an emergency back up. Much prefer 2.6 as it's never let me down.

Really wish i hadn't deleted it now though!

Yes it's still installed... I was about to uninstall it and start from scratch but then realised it was no longer in the archives... I used to download and keep each update on a flash drive in my gig bag as a just in case... but stupidly wiped the drive for something else

I got lazy and deleted it though, lesson learnt!

Think i'll take 3.1 off now anyway. No need when 2.6 is working as it should!

The 3.1 is pretty old and many bug fixings have been done on the path to 3.3.11. This one has proven to be stable.

But as Daniel mentioned, going to 3.x will make it harder to use 2.6.
