Hello, I desperately need help, this is really frustrating.
I use Windows 7, 32-bit System, everything works normally. I ALSO used Cross 2.5 successfully, until I moved from my old home to my new appartment, where I obviously had to reconnect everything and it doesn't work.
The problem is: when I play the timecode vinyl to calibrate for the Cross software, the program just keeps showing Quality: 0%".
I HAVE deactivated the audio device as input and output device in the windows setting, but STILL the programm IGNORES the vinyl playing into the input!!!
Please help, I'm completely helpless!!!!

There is just no way anything was harmed, it was all moved safely. And other than that, the only thing that would be suspect of hardware malfunction, would be the Audiointerface MxVibes MK-II. In that case, I would like to get sent a new one to replace the old one...
EDIT: The strange thing is, the device TECHNICALLY DOES register the sound coming in! but it doesn't tell me that, I have to use it as a windows device to see that its recieving the input signal! Somehow, Cross doesn't take the timecode signal. Its REALLY frustrating not knowing what the problem might be!!!!

Well, okay... The only set of signals I have to check are if the U46 MK-2 is connected video the USB correctly, and it is, because windows registers it as a functional audio device and installs the driver automatically when I switch it on, when Cross asks me to turn it on.
Then, theres the signal of my turntable to the U46 MK-2 and I checked and double checked, the cables are correctly connected to the cinch sockets, I even tried the 3/4 Input on the U46 device, but even then, Cross doesn't hear the signal...
Can somebody maybe run down the order of how I am supposed to install Cross and the U46 device? Or please tell me if this is the correect way:
(After I uninstall every driver component of the U46, removing it completely, and deinstalling Cross, and deinstalling any other audio device)
1. I put the Cross CD with the software in, install Cross 1.6. 2. Then I run Cross 1.6, it asks me to turn on the U46 and connect it, I do. 3. Windows discovers the newly connected U46 and installs it as a driver. 4. I check if Windows is using the U46 as an input or output device and make sure it doesn't anymore, if that is the case. I do not deactivate it completely. 5. I turn my turntable on, and go to audio settings of Cross, I check if input signal is on inputs 1/2 and under "Vinyl Control" I do the same, check if its PHONO input, then I play the Timecode vinyl, and the program still says "Quality: O%"

Ive just about tried everything in the last 2 hours. Deinstalled everything, even Bonjour, deactivated all audio devices except U46, used all possible combinations of settings... I don't know why this program is so flawed, why doesnt mixvibes hire some more technicians to evaluate the product... this is horrible. I've wasted so much time on this thing... I have to draw a line, otherwise this thing will devour my whole creative time, if I can't get support on this thing in the next few days I'm sending this thing back and buying Traktor... Can't help it...

Its not new. Its the same PC I happily used Cross with, and now after I disconnected all hardware and reconnected everything after I moved, it stopped registering the sound...
There is another maybe weirdly vital information... When this problem occured, I tried the whole installation on my other laptop, and it worked, after that I installed it on my normal PC and it then all of a sudden worked there too. So I'll try that... but there shouldn't be a reason for it to work.
I don't think anyone has a good idea why this problem is occuring. I would immediately point to the technical flawed nature of the Cross software and maybe even hardware, I don't know. I don't blame anyone... but it DOES suck, lets be honest.
I'll update the statusof this problem after I tried installing it all on my laptop...

Yes. The updated driver version installs 3 different audio devices. Namley the following:
Ch 12 Ch 34 Ch 56
I'm assuming thats linked to the outputs 1,2 and 3,4 and 5,6 but with this disfunctional installation of the audio device (which shouldnt be split into 3 different audio devices in windows), Cross lets me choose between these audio devices, but the correct choice is "MIXVIBES U46 ASIO" or something like that. That, however, isn't a choice with the updated driver.
I don't use any manually driver updated, I let Windows detect the device and let Windows install it into its system, after I install Cross. You know what I mean? I install Cross, then Cross asks me to turn on and connect U46, which I do, and thats how its supposed to work and thats how it DID work before this whole mess.
