How to download Cross LE

Hi,

Apologies I can't find how to this and sure it obvious. I have a card with my mixer saying goto get.mixvibes.com/xone23c for the software. This link doesn't work. So I've created an account here, added my serial number in the user control panel under the relevant section and I can't see any software download for Cross le in downloads. Is their a link someone can share or point me in the right direction?! Thanks

Hello,

Here is what you need to do:
- Click the tab on the right hand side of this forum that says 'downloads'
- You should be able to see updates
- From there you can download the appropriate software as determined by your serial number

Let me know how it goes,

If your serial number is entered correctly, you should see the product picture show up on the right side under your name.

Go to User Control Panel, Profile tab, then enter your serial number in the Serial Number field.

If you got your equipment used, it is possible that the previous owner has already registered it, and must remove the serial number from his user account.

Hmm, thanks for your replies.

When I go into downloads>updates>Cross DJ le there are no files in there to download?!

I've triple checked my serial number and it's correct and in the appropriate field as described. The mixer is brand new so I doubt anyone has used it already.

Any other thoughts?

just curious as to if the software you have works ,, the version of Cross DJ for the x zone is special as to be able to use the mixer with tc vinal ,, not shure if updates where made avaible ,,
are you having any issues with the software

are you saying that you didnt get the software with the mixer package
if this is the case ,,gonna get some assistance ,,backstage to look into this ,,

Having the same issue also.

Just purchased xone23c and the link on the software card with mixer forwards me to a 404 not found.

Can't find the Cross LE software anywhere on the website.

help please??

HAve you filled your license key in your user profile? Only after this the downloads section will make the LE available.

yep, done this.

appear to be having same issue at interstellardj. Triple checked serial on profile page and 0 downloads available for Cross LE on the download page.

Jesus. Found a url that works or maybe they've reinstated it, 2 months!
