unable to download free DJ app for PC

I tryed to download your free DJ app but it said I had outdated drivers. I purchased a program to up date them, which was done but when I try to download the app. it still claims I have outdated drivers???

Seems to me that you tried to download Cross from an other source than mixvibes.com
The Cross software to my best knowledge doesn't check for drivers. It just uses what the OS has available.

If the assumption of an other source is right than I suggest you remove everything you installed and check your PC for malware and viruses.

Driver updates normally are free of charge available at the manufacturer website of the component. MixVibes doesn't provide any drivers for the DJ software. (only for older hardware you may need it).
