Not knowing where to post. I allow myself to do it here.
I bought Cross many years ago and I owned the following material: in 2001/2003
CDJ 1000 mk1 + cdj 800 + behringer DJX700.
A few months ago I invessti in a CDJ 2000 Nexus 2 + DJM 2000.
Today I am looking for a way to use all this new material with the old one.
1 °) How to use the sound card of the DJM 2000
(I already installed the drivers and switched to USB but nothing comes out by the master of the DJM 2000)
2) How to use the HID in Cross?
(Apparently not possible at the moment)
3) Do I have to use an RJ45 cable between Djm 2000 and CDJ2000 nexus 2 or any USB connection to the PC or both?
I'm really lost.
Or it's impossible and you have to stay on my external card U46MK2 with just 2 entries and keep the cd times coded.
Except that the CDJ 2000 nexus 2 does not have any advanced function activated and the DJM 2000 serves almost nothing.
4) How to operate the DJM 2000 in MIDI with Cross?
Can we only control the video?
Should I use ableton in addition?
I saw a tuto but I despite the drivers installed, Cross is rusty on the DJM 2000 and we can not set the buttons.
