DJ Cross Mix control and pro controller or freezes or jumps

Hello! I have problems with Cross DJ 3.3.11 freezes or jumps to load another track, use it with the controller or pro mix control which brought the version 1.5.1 and was updated even buy video plugin but both audio video makes those jumps and change even thinking it was laptop computer and I use now is a dell with i7 processor and 6GB ram and 1tb Windows 8. still the same problem have lowered the latency and donot fix to do? however use the virtual DJ with a mixer Numark C3USB and I have no problems but use the Cross DJ with the controller and let me enverguenza the shows to make those jumps.and I read in reviews that the same goes for the Cross DJ app does not have jumps and disappointing corregido.es have something to not work well hopefully give me a solution please.

You have to use an ASIO sound driver.

If you lower the latency it will get worse.

A general 'virtual sound driver is available at asio4all.com

Close Cross. Install asio4all. start Cross. Goto preferences > audio. Select asio4all. select settings to open ASIO4all menu. In asio4all select your intended soundcard.

Usually this solves it. Likely you now can decrease the latency to have even more responsiveness. For most soundcards 256 is not a problem when being in ASIO.
