Home was always shipped in a CD sleeve with the serial number printed at the sleeve.
At the website you can only download updates which have to be installed against the CD version. This method was a normal way in the era Home was being developed (until appx 7 years ago).
You could try getting a serialnumber by sending an email to
support@mixvibes.com. Include your relevant purchase info to have any chance at all.
