I use both 2.6 and 3.3.11
The trick of using both resides in the analisys workflow and where you keep the peak files.
When you get a new track, you must analize and do the cue points and loops in 2.6. Once that is done copy the contents of the peaks directory into the contents of the analysis directory.
Then open 3.3.11 and analyse the newly added added track for peaks only.
Not doing the last step will show you the track with the correct cue points, loops, key and BPM but your waveform will be skewed to the left. Analysis for peaks only corrects the waveform while keeping all the cue, loop, BPM and key information intact.
In summary the same collection file can be used but you must keep 2 sparate directories for analysis. One for 2.6 and the other one for 3.3.11.
