If Pioneer do not have 64-bit drivers you need to start Mixvibes 32-bit version.
Thinkpad X240, 8 Gb / 512Gb SSD
running Cross 3.4.3 64-bit
Allen & Heath K2, Pioneer DJM-450

Is there even a mapping for it? Certainly not on the official support list I think?

Wooooh ... easy fellow, no reason to shout!

Geez.

You will have to give some more information, as we are not clairvoyant here.

And please remember that this forum is about members helping members. Getting angry at us is not gonna get you your answers any sooner.

Are you on Mac/Windows?
Can you play sound from a media player to the R1 directly from Windows/OSX?
In Cross can you select the R1 as output?
In Cross what setting did you choose, simple stereo, external mixer, etx.?
When exactly do you get the " Bad Format" error? Does it happen when you load a track, when you start the track playing inside the software, when you select R1 as sound output?

I seem to remember having had a bad format sort of error once or twice a long time ago, but that was because I tried loading a FLAC or other unsupported music file into a player.

I think you can just post the picture in your reply. That way everybody can see it.

What drivers are you using? Are you using ASIO4All drivers? This would be my first check.
