If you have little or no reaction when you click the Cross link:

Try deleting the mixvibes.settings file.

It's in the following folder (this is Win termonology; OSX is slightly different)
c:\user\[username]\appdata\roaming\mixvibes\

After this you best start in 32bit mode. (right click Cross icon to select this). Once you have it running in 32bit you could try 64bit. If 64bit doesn't work it is because your soundcard may not support 64bit drivers.

When you install Cross, you get both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Some hardware only works on 32-bit, have you tried this yet ?
