Does a public email adress exist from Mixxvibes Support?
So I would contact Mixvibes directly.
I aksed for my Serielnumber but there is no answer too...

hi, i'm also very new to this, and am slowly getting around a few problems, and i see you want to use iTunes music,

do you mean the Apple music on demand service, or do you mean you want to play actual mp3s etc off your HD from a iTunes library, mine does this bit just fine. some are music bought at iTunes store. so i don't think its DRM related issue.

I mean the on demand service.
I can make songs "offline verfügbar machen" so i can hear and use it , if I have no online Connection too.
This songs are in the Folder "applemusic" in th iTunes library.
iTunes shows it like "normal" MP3 but Cross DJ don"t

I would like to know why I still using the free version and why I never got the licence serial number and never asked for registration, I already emailed them to my complaint3 days ago and have no answer. If please please anyone can help me
If I bought it directly from from Apple store and got charged automatically from them why is this????

If you purchased via the appstore you normally also install the version you purchase.
You may want to check if you also have Cross DJ installed as the Free is a separate install.

Having a key is convenient for the forum and for using your 2nd license. If you don't have it in a week please resend your request.

At the moment you need to have iTunes installed. Apple music isn't downwards compatible with iTunes.
