Envivo will not connect to MacBook Air

Cross DJ LE 2.6.0 installed used s/n on controller but laptop does not recognise MIDI is connect???

You can try using a usb 2 hub if you have the controller connected to a usb 3 port.

Is it a USB issue then?
I no long longer have the box for the MIDI controller but assumed it may be a driver I need to install?
