have you entered the licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,, this will give access to download section for updates to software ,,
give info as to your set up and installed version to be able to help ,,
see gray header at top of posting page ,,

also version 1.25 kinda old ,,if still having problems useing serial # then this link might help
