lost license key

hiya. yeh lost my license key. have my serial numbers stored in my account but need my license key to upgrade my software. help please??

o kay ,,the software badging shows you have Cross DJ le regerstered ,, not shure if updatable due to what version /bundel it came with ,,
the numbers you have in your serial # is the licence keys to activate the software and also update the software if possible ,,

No idea why you have 2 license keys. Most likely you had 2 over time...
You should have access to the downloads sections as you have the license keys (which make the software batches show).

You can use the entered license keys. We (moderators) can't see your info. Most LE version have 2.6 as latest version included in the bundle of the controller. Only A&H Xone bundles come with 3.x versions.

The watermark can be taken away by purchasing the video addon. If you upgrade to the full Cross version it is included. Please check out the product comparison chart for more details (left top to mixvibes website).

ok fanx. i am hopin to upgrade on my new PC, or do i need the software on my old p.c to upgrade fanx?

the software licence key/serial # will give you access to the download section , there you can download the latest version for your bundel to your new computer ,,remember to take the old software off of the old computer so that you might have the oppunity to be able to put on two computers ,,,,hope this answers your concerns ,,
