Cross DJ Crashes Immediately After Opening-Mac

My Cross DJ software crashes immediately after I open it. I've tried deleting the program and re-downloading it from iTunes and it still does this. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue. Thanks.

Have you used earlier versions.
What version of Cross is being installed (3.3.11 or.. 10)

Try manual deleting the file called mixvibes.settings
This isn't removed by normal uninstall
I'm not a mac user so don't know exact location but is equivalent to the win path
C:/users/username /appdata/roaming/mixvibes
