Does Cross 2.6 work on Windows 8/10??

Hello everybody,
since a few years now, I'm working with Cross 2.6
For me this worked perfectly, never had any crash, optimal stability.
I also didn't need the Cross 3.0 update because I was pleased with what I got. Also, my laptop didn't meet the requirements for Cross 3 so I kept working with 2.6

Now, this weekend, my dj-laptop, back-up laptop en back-up hard drive got stolen from my appartment... So I kinda lost everything, but I still want to start over.

Thing is, I'm "afraid" of this Cross 3. I see so many updates (3.3.1 until 3.3.11) which have to do with bug fixes, crash fixes,... Don't really trust it...

So I want to keep using Cross 2.6, but will it work with a new laptop with Windows 8/10 installed????

Indeed several fixes. But 3.3.11 is out for quite a while. You likely can run 2.6 but the current version has updates for w8 and 10 as well as iTunes and Pioneer.

One important reasons to have more updates is that development software has made it way easier to build and control new releases.
