Cross f. bar appears when toggle external display is clicked

Why a Cross fader bar appears in the bottom when toggle external display is clicked on? How do i make it disappear?

It was added in request to many users asking for such. No switch option available for it. Also not many requests to have this switch. But maybe users will support your requests.
