in preferences/MIDI ,,is your controller listed as a MIDI device

Windows 10, but my PC don`t see this controller: Unknown Device
MB I need install drivers for my Gemini FirstMix?

It doesn`t work, but when I launch VirtualDJ, button "Scratch" turn red light, what settings or drivers I need to turn on controller in this program?

For Cross LE Win7 is the last supproted OS. Though it seems to work in 8.x

You could try installing the Cross Demo version AFTER you made a backup of your collection AND analyses folder as version 3.x may do upgrades to your collection.

If you install this you know if Cross 3.x sees the controller. Please be sure to use the 32bit version (so not thr one called 64bit).

Likely if the drivers aren't working for W10 it isn't possible to get Cross to work with it. Cross 'only' is the DJ program that uses the MIDI commands it gets and (if you have) the soundcard to send/receive sound.
