If you register your license key in your user profile you'll get access to the download section for the latest LE version.
To use 2 outputs you the Audio mode set to Dual stereo in Preferences > Audio tab.
Don't know the details of your device as if it has 2 outputs (main/cue). If not you may have to use ASIO4All virtual soundcard. Can be downloaded from asio4all.com. This can be used to combine different soundcard into one virtual.
If you have a MAC you need to use the 'aggregate' function of osx.
