Mix vibes U-Mix dead

Hi there,

I have a Mixvibes controller http://www.mixvibes.com/products/u-mix-control-pro-2

It is completely dead and hasn't been used that much. One minute it was working fine and it wont start up at all. We have tried using it from direct power source but nothing. Its not powering up.

My Mac is working fine and we have tried powering it up on another machine (which also uses Cross) but nothing.

Do you provide support in South Africa and if not is there a place I can send it to?

Please advise

p.s. I am actually quite fed up because I have reported this before and had no resolution. You guys need to back your products.
