Cant get Mac to talk to Xone 23C...help

Postby Ash Turner on 06 Jun 2015, 12:48

Hello
I purchased the XOne.23C along with the Mixvibes Cross LE software download.
I went on line downloaded and installed the software and have plugged my Apple MAC in with the USB cable but cant find any response on the desk.
I have actually had the Xone for a while now but every time I try to get a feed out with the USB no go?
Luckily I play vinyl a lot so I have got around the need for this thus far...BUT its time to get this sorted!!
Please can you give me some advice??
Many thanks Ash

It is worth registering your software in the forum as daniel already suggested.
As Cross is onyl the software part and this, to me, seems to be a hardware issue I would recommend getting in touch with Allen & Heath and their support, may it be forum, support mail or whatever.
Viele Grüße,
Cheers,
A plus,
Steve
