Mapping control Z1

I am trying to use the tractor control z1 with Cross DJ without success

The Z1 seems to be recognized but nothing happen.

weel welcome ,, needed steps to be done in the process to be able to help you in your mission ,,
please regerster your software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial #
after that update the software to the latest version ,,
then give info as to your set up any any thing that might help in getting you started in the mapping process

Many thanks for quick reply.

I sent an email to mix vibes team in order to gain the serial number ans I purchased the software with iTunes.

Once I will do the registration step, I will let you know
