Hi,

I have just bought this controller with a serial number for Cross DJ LE,

however cannot get the controller to show up in preferences, no drivers come with the controller and the instructions are very poor, any help appreciated.

p.s. i have downloaded the latest version as you suggest.

First use sometimes is taking some time.
For drivers you have to check the manufacturer website. Cross only is the added audio software.

Cross asks the OS at startup for available soundcards and MIDI devices.

Make sure the device has been recognised by the OS. A driver might auto install if it is a class compliant device.

A reboot might be required once.
Use the same usb port as it installs to one port only. If it doesn't work you can use an other usb port. This does require the device to reinstall and takes some time.
