U-Mix: Jog wheel no longer does vinyl mode

Hi guys

One of the jog wheels has failed on my U-Mix; it continues to work in the "CD mode", where it can be used for phase adjustment, however it no longer works on the vinyl mode for scratching, no matter how I set the adjustment control.

What do I need to do to resolve it?

If it is hardware issue any question will not be helpfull..
Did you edit MIDI mapping? Do you change mode in GUI or at controller.

Have you installed latest driver

The signature of your profile seems outdated(though might not), so maybe update it or tell which version+os you're using..

Please could you direct me to someone who does hardware support?

One of the jog wheels is looser than the other, looking at the signal on the wire I can see a 700kHz sawtooth wave which decreases in frequency to around 200kHz.

If possible I would like to be able to inspect the signal where the touch/no-touch decision is made, particularly in regard to the setting of the adjustment.

Are the jog wheels meant to be lubricated with anything from time to time?
