moving Cross to new PC

I have registered my Cross DJ. Downloaded latest version from within members area to new PC. Now have problem of invalid key so now cannot use program at all. Please help me with what I should do next?

:cool: the licence key/serial # is case/dash senstive ,, if postive it has been enter correctly ,,and you do have access to the download section ,,confirmed by your statement of downloading newest version,for new computer,, if serial # is used for more than two installs ,, then contack uncle vibes ,, he might know how to resolve this issue :cool:

Thanks for reply. Original Cross 3.2.0 only installed on one PC. Have double- checked case sensitive Serial No and can confirm positively correct on my Profile. I have tried software update on original PC then trying to upgrade to video but still get Invalid Key. So I cannot upgrade on original PC never mind the New One. Getting desperate now. Party tomorrow!!

He really is the only one in control of license key issues.

I have sent 2 PM,s one on 17/01/15 and another this morning. marked as sent from control panel but sitting in outbox rather than sent items.
Am i being thick??

Disappointed that no reply from uncle vibes. No solution to problem trying to be solved 10 days before show. Had to use another manufacturers program. Would hope that support will improve in the future. I had good support for android program but has been poor for windows support.
