Cross DJ 3.2.2 beat grid not displaying + lag

recent problem that just arose .

Upon dropping a track into the "loading bay" , the beat grid does not display , but track is shown as analysed in the box underneath . So upon pressing play , the track does not create a sound .

furthermore , im experiencing lag and stutter every time a track is played or dropped in . please could you help .

If you register your license you can upgrade to the recent version (3.3.8)

If you have sound issues when loading you should increase your latency somewhat. General performance priority is 1. audio 2. video out 3. Cross GUI.

If you don't use video, disable it in preferences. This also might give some more cpu capacity.

Minimum spec for Cross is W7 OS... Also hardware specs are in general above Vista machines.. Doesn't mean it won't run.

I've only seen this issue in 32-bit version; even recently in 3.3.6. Like 3 times in 7 hours. quickly load an other track and then load it again and it seems resolved. In 3.3.8 a fix is present for 'long time not used' this might have resolved it... but as it is a rare issue the prove of the pudding is in eating it...
