Been having major issues since this last version and the RC

Not sure what has happened in this last update, but Tracks struggle to load up and the whole Gui freezes for up to 10-20 seconds, and when I go back to browser to prelisted it all freezes up before it will work, never encountered any issues in past although have noticed this glitching/freezing becoming more and more evident over the last 2 updates until now its peaked.

also having a lot of controller issues with my DDJSX, A mapping I have made and the Cross mapping has a few issues now, one of them being that hotcue 2,6,7 can freeze or stick, yet nothing has changed in my setup.

I am also noticing more and more MP3 failing to work they play a few seconds then skip to end, yet are standard files that should play and still do in other DJ software I have tested in they show they are okay in the tag list with track length etc, so this I don't really understand what Cross is differentiating/singling these out.
but I probably have at least 100 tracks that will not play in Cross, some did now don't others never have.

not had a great deal of time to use Cross and previous beta/RC the last couple have been really quick to air, I blinked and already in a week or less the rc was out and then soon after the official release, so unfortunately I have not had time to report all my finds I don't think I did, maybe, so Not sure if you area ware of these issues I have, but thought I would mention, I just hope things don't get any worse, it has become a lot more unstable, get crashes quite often now as suppose to never.

any idea on any of this, especially this controller issue that has just reared up.

Cross versions keep on coming... Likely in a couple of weeks the new RC will be out. (if no severe trouble in Beta is found)

Can't tell about the MIDI. Likely FigDJ can, as he worked on same mapping and did not have that issue afaik.

The mp3 would be a matter of making a few available to the devteam so they can figure out this 'funny' behaviour. Not seen anyone reporting this type of.
In NL we do have some 4G internet commercials showing this type of working but guess that's not you music style...

Might it be your collection has increased quite a lot?

Did you change AV or similar defence software?

There were major changes to the MIDI from 2.6 to 3.0.

Then there were minor bugs with 3.0 and 3.1 MIDI but I didn't see the mapping updated. The official version should work on3.2 or you can download my custom version which works with 3.2 and adds additional functions. Just do a search in the Geberal Chat section and you will find it.

The biggest concern is the freezing, I have added many new tracks but that is nothing new I am always changing my folder categorisations and sub genre, I have had far more busy times with adding and moving tracks around and never encountered any issues before the last couple of versions.

I will also check out the alternative mapping as suggested and compare.

I will gather more information and also sort out some Troubled MP3,also I really need to sort out some screen capture software again so I can show the issues.
